Changing Lives Through the Trades
One of the most inspiring parts of this feature is the story of Jose Santos. After emigrating from El Salvador three years ago, Jose joined our training program. Today, he isn’t just a graduate—he is a training facilitator helping others rebuild their lives and launch new careers.
With an 80% employment rate for our graduates, we are proving that when you invest in people, the whole community wins.
